But this requires the choice of only a single individual the drunk, and this person can take steps while sober to prevent the occurrence from happening, such as drinking only a very small amount, arranging alternate transport, or simply drinking when there isn't anywhere to go for the next several hours. If, despite everything, this person still chooses to drive while drunk, they are choosing to endanger others and are committing a crime.

Longest fwb I ever had lasted over 15 years. We dated other people in that time. We never once got jealous of eachother. Only reason it ended was because she passed away in a car accident.
